A Rematriated Community grounded in daily Yoga Nidrā, Dreaming & Cyclical Wisdom held by
Uma Dinsmore-Tuli
A space to practice, listen, remember, and belong.
This is an ongoing, global circle to nurture your practice of yoga nidrā, rematriation and cycliteracy - to answer your quiet call toward rest, rhythm, and inner knowing.
This is not a course you complete ...
it is a rhythm you enter.
A daily return.
A place to be witnessed.
A circle of practice, imagination, and deep nourishment.
Here, we gather as Seers and Witnesses —
committing to the simple, radical act of daily and seasonal yoga nidrā.
The Heart of the Circle is a Daily Yoga Nidrā Delivery
A community of rest activists, practicing yoga nidrā every day
supported, encouraged, and held by Uma & each other. Our collective presence gives each other permission to rest.
This Space is For You If …
You want to be part of a held, intentional community that has been nourishing its members since 2018.
A place where your presence is felt and your practice is witnessed - whatever time of the day or night it suits you.
You want the benefits of a consistent yoga nidrā practice that suits your schedule. The circle holds you when life makes it difficult.
You're drawn to dreamwork, cyclical wisdom and deep rest and you're ready to stop treating that draw as a luxury and start honouring it as a necessity.
You value ritual, rhythm, and creative exploration the lunar cycle, the turning seasons, the slow weaving of inner and outer worlds. You want a practice that moves with life, not against it.
You're ready to be both seer and witness to receive and to offer presence in return. To be part of something that only exists because it benefits you and everybody around you.

Testimonials
I’ve been in the Circle of Seers for over 2 years - deeply appreciate the community support and accountability for resting and earth connecting.
The daily nidras supported me through my pregnancy and now postpartum - the nidras and live circles have been priceless in supporting this sleep-deprived mama to rest deeply in those tiny moments of me time. Thank you 🫶🏻
Emilia Jane Wolfe, Ancestral feminine Healing Arts Facilitator
I joined the Circle of Seers nearly 3 years ago and found it transformative. My relationship with rest has changed completely and it now forms an integral and essential part of my day, every day.
There is also something special about being in the community of like-minded people, of practicing together, of resting together.
I cannotn't recommend Uma and the community highly enough.
Aiste
To feel the connection of the network like symbiotic relation of plant and mycélium nurtured every time tapping in. What I appreciate the most is the earth based practice that all nidras of Uma contain, that we all are of earth and the support they bring and welcome you as you are with every sound and emotion and things that often feel awkward and not allowed in many spaces you feel welcome. With the tips of my toes to the top of my head, the whole land of my body, thank you for this place of belonging ❤️

Do I need any prior experience of yoga nidrā? No. The circle welcomes both those new to yoga nidrā and those with an established practice. All you need is a willingness to rest and show up.
What's included in the free trial? You get full access to everything in the membership for 14 days. If it isn't the right fit, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
How is this different from just using a meditation app? This is a living community, not a content library.
