A community grounded in Yoga Nidrā, Dreaming & Cyclical Wisdom held by

Uma Dinsmore-Tuli

A space to practice, listen, remember, and belong.

This is an ongoing circle for those devoted to the path of yoga nidrā, rematriation and cycliteracy - for those who feel the quiet call toward rest, rhythm, and inner knowing.

This is not a course you complete ...

it is a rhythm you enter.

A daily return.
A place to be witnessed.
A circle of practice, imagination, and deep nourishment.

Here, we gather as Seers and Witnesses
committing to the simple, radical act of daily yoga nidrā.

The Heart of the Circle is a the Daily Yoga Nidra Practice

At the centre of this membership is a shared commitment:

A community of rest activists, practicing yoga nidrā every day
supported, encouraged, and held.

This Space is For You If …

You want to be part of a held, intentional community of over 200 people. A place where your presence is felt and your practice is witnessed.

You want the benefits of a consistent yoga nidrā practice and you know that showing up alone, day after day, is harder than showing up together. The circle holds you when your own motivation wavers.

You're drawn to dreamwork, cycles, and deep rest and you're ready to stop treating that draw as a luxury and start honouring it as a necessity.

You value ritual, rhythm, and creative exploration the new moon, the turning seasons, the slow weaving of inner and outer worlds. You want a practice that moves with life, not against it.

You're ready to be both seer and witness to receive and to offer presence in return. To be part of something that only exists because everyone in it shows up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. There are no minimum terms. You can cancel your membership at any time and you won't be charged again after your current billing period ends.

What if I can't make the live circles? All live circles — New Moon, Full Moon, Dreamcatcher, and Seasonal — are recorded and shared, so you won't miss out if life gets in the way. Many members find the recordings just as nourishing as joining live.

What timezone are the live circles held in? All live circles are held in UK time (GMT/BST). Recordings are shared shortly after for members in other time zones.

How does the daily yoga nidrā work? Once you join, you'll be welcomed into the Circle of Seers WhatsApp group, where Uma shares a daily yoga nidrā practice, a mix of live recordings and rare archive practices. You can practice in your own time, at your own pace.

Do I need any prior experience of yoga nidrā? No. The circle welcomes both those new to yoga nidrā and those with an established practice. All you need is a willingness to rest and show up.

What's included in the free trial? You get full access to everything in the membership for 14 days. If it isn't the right fit, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

How is this different from just using a meditation app? This is a living community, not a content library. The circle is held by Uma personally, the practices are woven with the lunar and seasonal cycles, and your fellow members show up alongside you. The accountability and belonging are part of the practice.
