START 2027 WITH 9 NIGHTS OF INTUITION RECONNECTION IN INDIA
Listen to your intuition and imagine awakening in India with time for daily dawn and dusk dips in the warm sea, sunset and sunrise meditations, followed by Yoga Nidra, luscious movement and time for Tarot, Chanting, Massage and more Yoga Nidra ... punctuated with delicious food and the company of lovely people in a magical space between ocean and backwaters ... Yes! This is a daily rhythm that reconnects us directly to our intuition. This is what I offer in Kerala ...
In this liminal state we remember dream insights and the wisdom of our body. Making space to recover this connection to intuitive knowledge takes time, space and the enthusiastic advocacy of those who are on your side, encouraging you to believe what you already sense deep in your bones. I am such an advocate - that is my work! This new year in Kerala, let me be the advocate for your intuition, making space and time to be with nourishing practices, together in a circle of like-hearted folk, all devoting time to our collective recovery of intuitive knowing. This truly is a brilliant start to your year - so let's be together in Kerala in January.
Who is Welcome?
Everybody is welcome. Please bring yourself and your friends! This retreat is open to anybody who is interested in reconnecting to intuition and enhancing creativity through the experience of Total Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation and nutritious yoga therapy with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, PhD.
