Welcome Home to Your Self

You have arrived in exactly the right place

at exactly the right time.

Do you feel the call to reclaim your feminine power?

Do you feel the call to come home to your rested self?

Do you feel the call to restore your rhythmic cycles of wellbeing?

Do you feel the call to come home to your intuition and revitalise your embodied feminine essence?

Do you feel the call to practise intuitive healing arts for female health and vitality?

The Yoni Shakti Training gives you the keys to power and freedom. This is an intense, extraordinary and liberating experience rooted in deep restfulness. It restores you to wholeness. It welcomes you home to the rhythmic cycles of your resting self. Yes, this is a training but really it is an un-training, it is a remembrance and a returning to that which your body already knows.

It enables you to recognise, confront and dismantle the limitations that disconnect you from Source, so that you can reclaim your wholeness and power, and help others to do the same.

This training guides you back to your deep intuitive knowing through a programme of intuitive healing arts for lifelong female health, wellbeing and empowerment. This is a rematriation, a multi-dimensional nurturing of embodied wisdom. Yoni Shakti is our textbook, and our bodies are our guides. This programme is more than a training course: it is a call to action for all ready to reclaim their vitality and wisdom in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The Cycliterate experience offers you a reconnection to your intuition and embodied knowledge, a restoration of pelvic energies, and menstrual and peri/menopausal health. It restores your capacity to draw from the regenerative wellspring of your own deeply rested vitality, through a delicious reclamation of pleasure and an understanding of the links between fertility, Cycliteracy, restfulness and wellness, for lifelong vibrant health through every stage of experience.

In capitalist cultures that overlook and exploit the profound power of feminine energy, it is time to reconnect and embrace your whole self. Experience how trusting your embodied wisdom can liberate vitality and health for you and those you serve.

This is a nurturing and nourishing learning retreat where you are supported to advocate for intuition as a clear inner compass to guide you, and those you serve, back to wholeness and health. It is a profound exploration for personal and planetary wellbeing, held with love and nurture by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Sivani Mata Francis.

Who is this for?

This is for yoga practitioners, yoga teachers, yoga therapists and other professionals who are ready to upskill in women's health, to bring cyclical wisdom, menstrual and peri/menopausal support, and embodied practice confidently into your own classes and community.

It's also open to therapists, bodyworkers, and space-holders who want these tools, and to personal practitioners deepening their own relationship with their body's cycles. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to do this training but some experience of yoga is necessary. If you're looking to deepen your own connection with yourself and expand what you offer, this is built for you.

Gender-expansive, transgender, and non-binary yoni owners are all welcome.

NOT for you if: you don't have a yoni (the course content is anatomically specific), or you're not comfortable with direct, occasionally explicit language used for emphasis.

What is Cycliteracy?

Cycliteracy is a deep and respectful connection to the rhythm of life, in our body’s life cycles, in the lunar phases and solar dances, in the seasonal shifts and in the cyclical patterns of our own creativity, sexuality, vitality and community.

What is Rematriation?

Rematriation literally means a sacred return of our bodies to the land, to earth and ancestors. It is a surrender to a deeper wisdom, a conscious, embodied decolonisation, a reclamation of our intuitive embodied wisdom that has been occupied and demeaned by patriarchal empire. Rematriation is an experience of claiming this Land Back: dismantling the barriers of internal misogyny, shame and self-hatred so that we may re-embrace the land of our body wisdom and intuitive, cyclical knowing.

What to Expect

Yoga Nidra

known as the yoga of sleep, is a guided practice that facilitates conscious sacred rest. This profound relaxation technique helps you reconnect with your inner guidance and intuition, offering deep mental and emotional restoration.

Yoni Shakti Yoga

involves gentle, rhythmic movements and therapeutic yoga practices designed to nurture the female body. These movements promote ease, strength, and comfort, helping you awaken and harmonise your vital feminine energy.

Rituals of Rematriation

is an honouring of the Earth, ancestors, and the Great Wisdom Goddesses. By integrating rematriation into your practice, you contribute to collective healing and justice, aligning with the cycles of nature and spirituality. As a part of this we include daily devotions through bhakti song and kirtan.

Cyclical Wisdom

focuses on aligning your practice with the rhythms of your life cycles, including menstruation, menopause, and seasonal changes. This approach fosters harmony with the lunar and seasonal cycles, supporting your overall well-being.

Sangha

is the practice of building a supportive community through circle time. This space allows for sharing, connection, and mutual support, enhancing your sense of belonging and collective healing.

Rematriated teaching methods

This cyclical training retreat is taught through stories, sharing and experiential learning by doing and by resting. We share wisdom through experiential anatomy, small shakti circles for connection and advocacy for intuition; yoga nidra for deep rest to recover your embodied wisdom, and bhakti (devotion) to rediscover your heartfelt connection to the pulse of life, and the flow of the life force energy through your being.

Testimonial

Kate Codrington Menopause Facilitator, Speaker & Author

My name is Kate Codrington, and I’m the author of Second Spring and the Perimenopause Journal. I’m a facilitator and speaker with a focus on menopause and ageing and have been a therapist for more than 30 years.

What I valued most was that both the Yogic philosophy, the physiology and the practices were woven together in a digestible way. For someone that struggles to learn on someone else’s time-frame, it was really do-able and nourishing. The course also attracts a brilliant crew of like-minded people some of whom I’m still friends with a decade later.

Rhythm of the Retreat

Each day we will explore together a different theme that dives into specific siddhis (powers) of the female body and teachings of the Dasa Mahavidyas, powerful wisdom Goddesses. Woven throughout we celebrate the theme of reclaiming the tools of liberation and escape from internalised misogyny.

Ṣoḍasī & Tārā - Celebrating Menarche and honouring the girls we were; Menstrual cycle awareness – Freeing ourselves and others from menstrual shame.

Tārā & Bhuvaneśvarī – Menstrual cycle challenges; Yoga therapy and fertility.

Tārā, Mataṅgi & Kamalātmikā – Healthy menstruation; Positive Sexuality and Cyclical health – Making space for Creative Pleasures.

Mataṅgi & Kamalātmikā – Breast health; Heart guardianship; Sensual pleasure – Inspiring radical creativity & self-love.

Chinnamastā & Bagalāmukhī – Navigating postnatal recovery and peri-menopause - the links – Shaking off the fears: encountering the power of birth and postnatal recovery; Facing ageing: How do we approach menopausal beings?

Bhairavī & Dhūmavatī – Menopause and beyond – Liberating Menopausal Potency to Heal; Unblocking access to Passages to Power; Healing from Intergenerational Trauma; Rewilding & the Wisdom of Forgetting.

Kālī – Integrating cyclical wisdom; Healing and dreaming the future we are together; Closings and openings.
