A series of three, friendly monthly gatherings for ALL facilitators of yoga nidra to enjoy a practice of yoga nidra, followed by open discussions relating to the ethical issues arising for facilitators of yoga nidra with these themes:

Please organise a place where you can lie down to practice yoga nidra and still be visible to the facilitators. This means set up your phone, tablet or computer so that the camera can see you even when you lie down to practice yoga nidra, side on, from the head to the pelvis.
